Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every booking made with EMARATIKA Global, whether placed online, by phone, by WhatsApp or through a corporate account.
Bookings and confirmation
A booking is confirmed only once you receive written confirmation from us by email or WhatsApp. Quoted fares are held for the vehicle class, route and timing stated in that confirmation.
Pricing
Fares are fixed at confirmation and include fuel, Salik and standard tolls unless stated otherwise. Additional stops, waiting beyond the included allowance, route changes and additional vehicles are charged at the published rates.
Waiting time
Airport arrivals include 60 minutes of free waiting from landing. All other pickups include 15 minutes. Waiting beyond the allowance is charged in 15-minute increments.
Passenger responsibilities
Passengers must wear seatbelts, must not smoke in the vehicle, and are responsible for the cost of any damage or specialist cleaning caused. Child seats must be requested at booking.
Luggage and items left behind
Luggage must not exceed the stated capacity of the vehicle class booked. We will make reasonable efforts to return items left in a vehicle, and a delivery charge may apply.
Delays and liability
We plan against live traffic and arrive ahead of schedule wherever possible, but we are not liable for losses caused by traffic, weather, road closures or events outside our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected booking.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
